The 4680 used a proprietary 12V serial bus for the peripherals. I have never seen this keyboard in person, but since its a ANPOS board, I assume it would use the same bus. I think I have the docs somewhere if anyone is interested.ohaimark wrote: ↑Well... It's a membrane based design (I did some digging), not an F. Shipping from overseas isn't cheap. It's an odd board. You'd need to convert it without existing guides.
Those are a few reasons why it hasn't been snapped up, I think.
Edit: I checked on cost. $25 for board + $63 shipping to USA.

As for converting it without existing guides - when has that ever stopped me? It has membranes, it's easy to convert.

Vintage IBM 7362149 IBM 5251 Display Station 83 key keyboard from Thetford, in the U.K. Looks like a fine specimen of vintage IBM beam spring.
"Reserve not met" at £32.00 -- vendor possibly hoping for three figures? A pair of IBM Display Writer beam spring keyboards did sell for about £100 each not long ago...

Well that disappeared pretty quickly. I was curious what it sold for because I purchased one recently from Greece (and it only had one key missing not three) Did someone here buy it?bubblebobbler wrote: ↑I pushed it to £50 out of curiosity, seems that's where the reserve was at, I'm sure one of you will push it further anyhowtigpha wrote: ↑Vintage IBM 7362149 IBM 5251 Display Station 83 key keyboard from Thetford, in the U.K. Looks like a fine specimen of vintage IBM beam spring.

Almost certainly foam and foil since that's all BTC used back in those days, but pretty cool-looking anyway. I've had my eye on it, if it stays cheap I might pick it up .zeitg3ist wrote: ↑BTC-5050 XT in UK, looking pretty and clean
