Building an s-video angle adapter for an Apple Extended Keyboard

I'd like to remove some strain off the ADB to USB connector on my new (to me) Apple Extended Keyboard. So I'd like to build a right angle adapter for it so that the ABD (S-video) port faces to the back of the keyboard.

I can obviously get s-video ports easily and can solder 4 wires together. But I'm wondering what to enclose it in. The thing should be as small as possible.

I have an AEK and 2 AEK IIs. I'm going to need to build 2, since Apple flipped the port between the AEK and AEK II.
