How does one make Keycaps black and glossy?

One of the biggest concerns people have with the blackwidow is that it IS glossy, since it looks rather smudgy unless you wear gloves.
But if your fingers are real clean all the time, it may be a nice look.
EDIT: To be a bit more constructive, my first guess would be some kind of laquer paint with some decent resistance to wear and tear. I would guess there are others on this forum who are more literate when it comes to paint.
