I got this idea after seeing the vortex pc66, and noticing it is very similar in case design and size to the pingmaster.
This post is just asking for some tips since I've never done something like this before. Is there any issues i may not be thinking of? Im hoping there is enough depth in the case but maybe not...
Basically my idea is to cut the plate of the pingmaster down to the main 65% section, put that in this case, and handwire a replacement for the pcb.Making a 65% Pingmaster?

The Pingmaster’s IBM look always has me thinking Model F. But no, they’re Alps, so in theory this project is feasible. Can only really tell once you have one to poke around inside with a mind for doing this kind of work.
