Due to the plastic used, you never be able to not see the keymounts, and I agree with sixty. I would much rather have the thicker plastic. My Choc Mini has visible keymounts, and apparently, so does the Leopold. The thickness of the caps (on the Choc Mini, anyway) more that make up for it as well as the fruity printing (this annoys me much more). I just need to get a few black Cherry keyboards of varying vintages to swap out the keycaps. I would have already done it, but the bottom row on the Choc Mini is a little weird and the right Shift might be a tough replacement. I don't like mix-n-match keys, either; that looks worse than the fruity printing.
