Hello, I have 4 quick questions before ordering - apologies if these were answered somewhere in the 122 pages of the topic, couldn't find the info on the wiki/OP.

- Does the rebate work group-buy wide or is it per-command only? E.g if I order 1 set of bepo and someone else orders one will we both have 75% or would it only apply if I alone was to buy 2?
- If the rebate is group-buy wide, is there a way for the bot to tell how many people ordered each part?
- What is the difference between a HONEY/STD125ISO/BASE (Standard 1.25 units ISO base kit) and the HONEY/TKLISOBASE (TKL ISO base kit) besides the lack of numpad kays? The 'Standard 1.25 units' is freaking me out while both seem similar in size, or am I missing something here?
- The 'ç' character of the bepo layout (to the left of Row 2) isn't centered, the keycap is bigger than the other ones and should be row 3, is it by design or a mere graphic mistake?

Reference of the bepo layout from bepo.fr (ç is located to the right of return):

The 1.5 units Ç key is for ANSI keyboards. There is a row 3, 1 units Ç key more to the right in the graphic.


But maybe the 1.5 units Ç should have the legend centred like any other key?

Yes, centre it. Actually, try to centre all the diacritical legends in the entire GB, so they sit on the same baseline. Like this: Á Æ Ö Ê Ç. Fonts know better than to make the letters jump up and down. It plain don't look right.

What you ordered should fit a boring conventional tenkeyless keyboard plus numpad or a maybe even more boring 104/105 key keyboard.

Well the thing is, I have yet to order the keyboard I want to put the caps on
It will be a Ducky Shine 3, though I haven't even decided yet if it's going to be ISO or ANSI. (Live in Europe, but want ANSI, they're somewhat hard to find though, out of stock everywhere)

Not to critizise your descision (duckys are pretty good boards), but you are aware these caps do not let through light? You will get a bit of glow underneath the keys but that's about it.

As for the keysets the ducky has some extra function keys in the top right (mail, desktop etc) and you might want to pick up a HONEY/FUNCTION/R1 to fit those keys.

Yes, I'm quite aware of that, though firstly I don't primarily buy this keyboard because of the backlighting (though it's a nice feature) and secondly I think the leaking light with the keycaps on might not even look that bad at all, as I've seen on a review of a yellow Shine 3 with Round 4 keycaps around here. I ordered the red function kit for the 4 extra keys above the numpad.

I have a question concerning import taxes for my country (Switzerland). Here I don't have to pay any taxes or customs duties if the following is the case:

• Value of the shipment (including shippin cost) is below 65 CHF (Swiss francs)
• Shipment is declared as gift and it's value is below 100 CHF

Now, my order is totalling 117$ (including the 7$ shipping). At the current exchange rate this equals roughly 103.3 CHF.
However, I heard from somewhere in this thread that the actual value of the keycaps can be much lower than what we are paying and is also declared as such.

So my question is, how much is the declared value of my order and will it pass through customs without any additional cost? And is it going to be declared as a gift?

I do not know about the duties/vat question, but as a newbie in group buys until this one, I could answer to the last question

The info about how to send the money is in the invoice confirmation that you receive by email, after PM'ing the 7bot.

In that email is defined all the paypal data needed to do the money transfer: destination email, amount and currency.

The transfer must be in the currency explicited in the invoice (USD or EUR usually), but you could pay using any currency and paypal will do the conversion for you. Just don't forget to:

* Select the correct destination amount/currency/email
* Mark the item as services, not goods. (Note: In my case, paypal only asked for this after selecting that I didn't want to add a delivery address for muy purchase)
* Put the text specified in the invoice as the transfer description the user will receive, or the user won't be able to match your purchase with your invoice, and you will receive no goods

Be aware that to the German Zoll you must tell the truth, because it is illegal to carry Schwarzgeld to Switzerland, but fully legal to bring key caps!
