Is your smile not bright enough? Do you want to stand out in public? Do you want to make even the flashiest rapper’s grill look like Washington’s wooden teeth? If so, you’re in luck! There’s a new craze sweeping Japan – LED teeth! The Japanese are known for making strange things that I occasionally really want. LED smiles are no exception and they’re the new fashion rage in Japan. LED smiles are an LED insert that affix to your teeth similar to a mouth-guard and glow when you smile. Using a wireless control you can change the blinking pattern and color from green to red. LED smiles were created by designers Motoi Ishibashi and Daito Manabe as an experiment and were used in a commercial for a popular Japanese clothing store.
