Well, usually I have trouble buying things that I don't have a direct use for at the moment, but I know I will kick myself (like I do every time I pass up a keyset) if I don't go in for this. Ordered a whole bunch of crap from what was left. Now just gives me even more of a reason to get my ass working on my custom.

You misunderstood me.Halvar wrote: You can't trigger an invoice by email, you have to write a PM to 7bot. 7bot sends invoices from time to time without trigger when prices or available products change, maybe it was an "incidental invoice"that you got.
I've said i've sent it my e-mail, not sent it an e-mail.
As in: i've PM'd it a message containing my e-mail address.

You guessed right: these are Cherry (MX) compatible caps and will go on a Poker just fine.
But then things get complex…
The blue ones aren't a full colour scheme. They're actually just updates for the previous Round 4. Nothing to stop you from using some yourself (many people are) but they aren't available for every modifier (what we call the "outside" areas on the board).
The alphas ("inside" area) are also a bit constrained. Someone who's following the current stock levels will be able to advise you there. But you've basically got the right idea.

You are right with the list of things you need. If you want blank keys as windows keys then you need two of those I think.

Row 1.
The caps are different shapes on different rows of the keyboard. Row 1 (the top row on a Poker, where the number keys are) is tallest. You really want to get them right.

For a comparison: the blue caps in front are row 3, the grey cap you can just see at the top is row 1:

You can also just about see row 2 and 4 grey alphas peeking out from behind the tab and shift keys. That's a really good image for illustrating the profile variation, actually.facetsesame wrote:For a comparison: the blue caps in front are row 3, the grey cap you can just see at the top is row 1:

I was just about to go dig it out and edit my post when I saw Facet's done my work already! So here's a diagram instead:

In Round 5, the mods on row 4 and 5 are actually row 3 profile. (For production reasons.) This works quite well. The Row 1 and 2 modifiers (Tab, Backspace, etc.) are correct Row 1 and Row 2 in shape. The SPH/REPAIR blue kits are patches for these exact keys.

I wonder, which HONEY Space keys are in Space Bar - profile, and which are not?
On the 3-unit space bar, where are the stabiliser mounts? Is it stabilised like a 2.75-unit key with the stabilisers mounts just as close as on a 2-unit key or are the centres 38 mm apart?

The 4 unit space bar is the smallest key in space bar profile, the smaller space bars are all in row 3 profile.
I haven't seen any information about the mounts for the 3u space bar, for either switches or stabs.
Muirium is among those to find out:
