Full keycap sets are being sold on eBay for around $150 shipped. Currently, the least expensive black RF 87u on EK is $199 plus shipping. If you could buy the black on dark gray for $150, you might figure (87/104) x $150 ~ $125. However, the only way you can get the black on dark gray is to buy a keyboard for around $215 shipped. If you harvested the caps and wanted to replace them, it would cost $150 for a new set, but they would not be black on dark gray. I have seen IBM keycaps being sold for $1.00 to $2.00 per cap, and Matias keycaps for about the same, depending on the size of the keycap. All things considered, I would probably price the set at $175, and if it didn't sell at this price, drop the price to $150.Lunatique wrote: ↑If I were to sell the black dye-sub keycap set that came with my RealForce 87U (which is only a few weeks old), how much should it be priced at?
Topre RealForce keycap sets are notoriously expensive, and since the RealForce black dye-sub keycaps are not even a product that's being sold and only comes with the black version of the keyboard, how would I price it?

I'd say you could get between $220-270 for the UB-DK.
I think the cheapest they ever were brand new was $215 on Massdrop and they currently list for ~$320 on eBay.

How much for that AZERTY Nixdorf board I just restored and on which I'm typing on it right now?

Keys aren't yellowed, it's just that I didn't make any white balance and those pictures are took under halogen. Cf. http://i.imgur.com/EzIo0yr.jpg for a more correct white balance.

It's a fake! NIXDORF === NIXIES! Next you'll try passing off rubberdome keyboards as IBMs! We weren't born yesterday. That's just how far back our frazzled memories go.

Pretty pretty. I could easily have ended up with one of those Nixdorfs if I'd had less self control in the past.
But how about the SSK version?

Not hard and not pointless. It'd just cost around 50 quid. http://deskthority.net/for-sale-f55/xwh ... t7993.html xwhatsit makes controllers for beamspring boards.Anticube wrote: ↑Thank you photoekq, idollar, scottc. I appreciate your help. In fact i think that would be hard and pointless to make it usable on new pc, so it's only an old piece of metal, just my found has more hardware than spanish ebay's. I'll ask for lower price...
But probably I'll better wait if I'll be honored of a Cindy's lady (chzel, nice your ssk photo on dt banner soon after arrival)
But yeah, not worth 200 quid.

Probably no one cares about the board... but it's standard ISO FR doubleshots keycap set might be worth €40-70 depending on it's condition.

Just out of curiosity [I will probably sell for far under what it's worth and not any time soon] what are NIB-condition French Cherry dyesubs worth?

Damn those who think a blowtorch can be used for soldering electronics..
I don't really see any un-fixable damage, and the current hack-job can be improved, so ask for a nice discount and get it if you like the rest! How much is the seller asking?

I'd get a pretty heavy discount for that if you can. Really crap job done on the soldering.

I asked the seller (if it's the same Italian acution I was following) and he is asking for 60€ w/o shipping. Too much for a messed pcb in my opinion... Still it has 2 sets of keycaps and the switches are finearaif wrote: ↑was an ebay auction so don't really know what was the target price.

Would like opinions on the following. Only asking out of curiosity, no PMs please!
G81-3054HAQ mint condition. It looks unused. The only of of its kind I've seen, if you exclude the shiny G81-3090HAQ that the scammer jackass has.
G81-3015HAR mint condition. It looks unused. 1 out of 2 I've seen, if you exclude G81-3000HAR and G80-1000HAR.
G80-1220HAU NIB. ANSI doubleshots. NKRO 1000 series that uses the same connector as Dolch boards.
G81-3116SDU NIB. ANSI dyesubs.
G80-2100HDF. Used, shiny caps, but in original box.
IBM 3278. Very, very good condition internals. Dirty casing with messed up paint. Needs a refinishing.
IBM F 107-key.
NCR 3077 with Leeku PCB installed. Nixdorf black switches [clear tops are not included, but these are still the nicest linear switches you will ever use].
ANSI doubleshot set from ascaii in good condition. No shine but some scratches.
SUN 3219 with Leeku PCB installed. This casing is a black winkeyless casing. Seriously, seriously, seriously rare. 1 of 2. Old, lubed MX browns installed.
Full set of winkeyless ANSI white on black doubleshots. Includes rare A-profile DE ctrls, alts, and arrow keys.
NCR 3007 with 3000SFD [ISO with lubed vintage blues] PCB installed.
G81-3000SAG keycaps. Mint, like new.
G80-3000HFMGB. Most caps shiny. Original mint condition win98 winkey keycaps, center stemmed.
G80-2000HAD.
115x Nixdorf clear tops.
