Yet another Topre board...this is getting scary
So this little number has a few things that some may find interesting. F1-F8 have legendable keycaps, there are some coloured keycaps, the card reader of course and the plastic used on the keycaps seems a lot thinner than the standard Topre fare - this is especially noticeable if you drag your fingers along the keys (without pressing them). There's a higher pitched rattle of the keys as a result.
Also of note is that the spacebar appears to be PBT instead of ABS. This is something that has never been mentioned before on any keyboard forum.

Nice, I don't think I've seen the legendables before.

indeed....woody wrote:It's PBT simply because it's the short JIS spacebar.002 wrote:Also of note is that the spacebar appears to be PBT instead of ABS. This is something that has never been mentioned before on any keyboard forum.

Time to start using '/s'. This was a dig at ripster guys and I'm sure he's laughing his arse of right now watching it backfire on me.
If you're referring to the legendables, then the answer is yes. Unlike a REALFORCE though, the function row is not the same profile as the number row - they sit lower than the number row.cactux wrote:Do these keycaps have the same profile?
