I wil not enter into a discussion of why the term "feminazi" has nothing to do with "feminism".
Some of you won’t even know what women had to fight against to attain the position they hold today.
And most of you won’t even notice that this position is still far from equality.
Call feminists grumpy if you like (even if they are not), but don’t call them Nazis.

It's not even sensible to call them names less ludicrously charged. There's a lot of bullshit we heap on girls in our culture, so that boys don't have to. Just because there's a lot of pushback from young men doesn't mean they're right. Fuck those guys.

Oh please, this isn't about discriminating feminists. It's about pointing out (and ridiculing) that some "demands" are simply over the top - equality was the motive and that's a good and honorable aim.

I have nothing against feminists. My girlfriend is a feminist. Hell, I am a feminist, because I believe that women deserve the same treatment that men do.
I understand that women have been and will need to fight for equality and respect, and it is a shame that they have to do this even nowadays in our "modern" society.
BUT there are some women who go a lot further than that, they are more keen for the "eye for an eye" approach and believe that in order to gain equality women must fight back harder now, to counter out the past 5000 years or so of oppression.
I don't read the bible but I do believe that forgiveness is a sign of strength. To proclaim that all men are the enemy, that they are evil, sexually oppressive and violent swine is simply not the answer.
At a party, there is no such thing as too many Germans! We are sooooooooooo fun at parties.
Unless we can't get drunk. In that case, you might as well party with a stack of cardboard boxes.

I have had to do with many feminist women all my (long!) life, including a lot of lesbian women,
but have never heard a single one proclaiming such a thing.
The really extremist ones just don’t want to have anything to do with men - thank Goddess!

It's possible of course. Maybe I can find one in which the keys are really really worn, that would solve the issue I guess xD .gogusrl wrote: ↑Chyros, they might be really well done pad printing. I got my hands on a Mitsumi with cherry compatible pad-printed keycaps that you can't distinguish from dyesubs without a very bright light and a lot of ogling.
Also Andrew, have fun in 'Nam! It's a stunningly beautiful country, I'm sure you'll love it there!
(Mu, Seebart; Someone says Nam, and the German thinks of suits, and the Scot thinks of a fight. Typical ;p .)

I have no reason to believe that this keyboard is Hall effect without seeing a key cap removed. If so, these would be the first cylindrical Honeywell Hall effect key caps I've ever seen.

The special thing on that one is the bottom row. Most of the g80-3000 keyboards with Doubleshot caps are winkeyless and winkey ones are fairly rare. Most of the winkey 3000s have thin lasered keycaps

For my taste the windows keys really clutter up the look of some nice keyboards... Also, the logos are pretty big most of the time and really stand out compared to normal keys.
If I really need the windows (ctrl+enter works as replacement most of the time) key, I just map caps lock or right ctrl to it.

Those mods are more useful on a Mac. We use Control, Option and Command frequently, and often in combinations together. When I first got into mechs, I was pretty sure I couldn't handle a Winkeyless board for that reason. But the HHKB taught me the error of my assumption: Caps Lock? No, Control!
Now I'm happy on both, and prefer the absence of ugly Windows legends. Yet every MX (and MX compatible) keyboard I have here has 1.25u mods! All the Winkeyless goodness is on my IBMs and HHKB. I'd change that sometime, but Cherry…

$44 shipping so you're still looking at $105 for the whole unit. So if you were looking for just the keyboard, not really, but if you wanted the whole thing, they definitely got a deal.Prelim wrote: ↑someone got lucky? http://www.ebay.com/itm/Dolch-PAC-64-Mo ... 1010775033

Goddamn Cherry nutjob brigade. You could get a couple of beamsprings for that price. Or an NIB industrial SSK.
Let's 7bid this up: I bid €10. Don't ship the other junk, just the caps.

I think 7bit is just making it clear that he is not really willing to sell the board: nobody will bite at this price.
