Why do you always use all-caps modifiers?
My favourite is still Round 1 with its simple "Shift" / "Control" / "Backspace" text.
I'm not looking for new keysets ATM though, just a general remark.

None of them.
Something with style and class inspired to Gerry Anderson's "UFO" or "Space:1999". To remember the "good old days"...

So, if one were to reverse the Codemaster alphas/mods, you would get something very similar to Strawberries/Cream/Beige. Since 7bit wants to limit the number of colorways in this round, it occurred to me that just one of the Codemaster colorways, if offered in normal and "reversed" sets, could cover a lot of the cream/beige ground all by itself.

It also occurred to me that if you used Dolch colors (GE and GX) as the "Microcassette" colorway, they could double as Dolch SA by offering alphas and mods in both colors:

Not seen any code included before, thanks, helped me understand KLE a bit better. I was wondering how you guys got some of the unique characters...mtl wrote: ↑This one is a derivative of 7bit's #33.

I really love that. It is a bit dark, but looks incredible with all of those colors in tandem.zslane wrote: ↑It also occurred to me that if you used Dolch colors (GE and GX) as the "Microcassette" colorway, they could double as Dolch SA by offering alphas and mods in both colors:

Why are there no red delete keys? If any key should be red, it should be the delete key.

Agreed on the "a bit dark" thing. I've thrown some more light on them and updated the renders in the post above.

You do real APL programming? And in Dyalog APL? You're a glutton for punishment ...urbancamo wrote: ↑The APL union layout would be in keeping with a retro feel and would be eminently usable by me for real APL programming, not just looking pretty!

In addition to voting for my Codemaster colorways, I also I voted for "Microcassette", but my vote there is conditional upon the use of GE/GX as the main colors (with WFK as the legend color) and offering full mods and alphas in both.

Zslane, I strongly recommend you run a virtual group buy.
People pm you their dream layout on their dream keyboard and when you received their payment, you deliver rendings so they can post them in the photo section and pretend that they just received their key caps from your group buy.

Matteo has done 3D scans of Beamspring caps. He's the man who can help. They're easily the most vintage looking of all sphericals!
