But I will say that by attacking the people giving the argument (i.e. me) instead of attacking the argument, you're doing yourself no favors. No one has said he intentionally started out to defraud anyone. Can you provide evidence- hard evidence, not words- to the contrary? Rather than attacking me and saying random stuff?

You talk about champions and such- and yourself being a champion. If you want to characterize yourself that way, more power to you. But everyone else sees the truth. We're just people that like keyboards that entered into an agreement with Berserkfan that he did not satisfy. That's a matter of fact, and indisputable. We just want what we paid for. That's reasonable. I know in my case, I didn't want anything other than what I ordered. So your response that someone might have had something I wanted instead is disingenuous at best.

You talk about it not being a joke to anyone involved. I'm more involved and affected than you ever were. Proxy shipping is something that makes you involved? That's the joke.

Getting back to facts, can we agree on this definition since you take unintentional fraud to task in some way?

Group buys take months sometimes to respond. your expectation of instantaneous response was unreasonable.

At the Time when --Rootwyrm-- n some others DEMANDED a response, not all of the packages have arrived. Berserk fan was still sorting through PMs at the time (with no PM search function on Geekhack), to figure out who ordered what, and what would it cost to mail things where..

He was not at the time prioritizing personal grievances because NOTHING was possible on that end even if he responded. Packages Didn't Get There Yet...

Yes, you were able to force him to respond by beginning the dispute process, but this was to the Detriment of everyone as I've already explained.. that it has taken away Berserkfan's ability to manage payments and allocations through paypal..
