I don't know what went wrong. I know from time to time they can do these Return keys right, without such "scratch". In fact it is no scratch, it happens when the plastic floods the tool and cools down too quick.duoshock wrote: ↑Got my order this week.
received everything but the iso enter have a big scratch on it
I know SP SA always have some minor blemish, but does it look right to you guy?
Well, the first attempt had an expiration date of a year from now. It even says so in the error message you quoted to me in a PM:7bit wrote: ↑The expiration date was today, maybe you should use some date more in the future?
Also: I need to check if it fails and give some diagnostics instead of just an empty email ...
The first attempt probably failed because it was set to the default 2048 length. Either that, or the fact that it didn't contain my DT user-name. The second attempt, the one using the proper 4096 length, did indeed in hindsight have an expire-date set to zero – because that's what it said in the instructions someone posted:> encryption failed: unusable public key

My understanding is that the procedure is the same as if a key is missing, i.e. following the instructions in the invoice. At least that's what the example provided hints at – an upside-down legend hardly constitutes a missing key, rather the equivalent of a damaged one.Norman_ wrote: ↑Can someone explain to me how exactly i get help for a damaged key i received? seems 7bit ship about maximum 400 keys in one package, so just wait another month or months, you will get another packageadamcobabe wrote: ↑7bit, can you please explain why I'm missing 800 keys from my order? Many others are also missing large portions of their keys. I'm sure that encryption is going to be useful, but with respect, I'm concerned that you seem to be ignoring this other issue.

I got an update just now but again with no shipping info.7bit wrote: ↑The expiration date was today, maybe you should use some date more in the future?

Mine were shipped 69 days ago, over 2 months. Considering the recent history of the Brazilian Postal service, I count that as unexpectedly fast.Luna wrote: ↑Not here, every time I get the same summary while I was told the keys would habe been shipped three weeks ago.
Yep, but I paid for tracking and received no tracking yet.

That was a month ago. So what's the deal here? If the order can't be completed, it would be nice to know which parts of it are missing and what my options are. Others are probably in the same boat.7bit wrote: ↑ Except for 2 orders where I still can't find all the keys/kits, all paid orders with complete addresses are now shipped.
