Need HELP!! IBM5291 Bigfoot converter

Yesterday, I recived IBM5291 bigfoot and I find solution how to convert to usb. I just find Soarer converter v.1.20 beta4 to do that but I am guessing D0, D1, D2, D3 , D4, D5, D6 etc. are the pins on the teensy, but what about Strobe, Frame GND and Output? Not able to locate these pins on teensy 2.0 board Can you give me example please = =
