I recognise the logo as Mitsumi.
Edit: Knowing the manufacturer, I found it quickly in the Wiki listed as "Mitsumi simplified" but Mitsumi themselves probably called it "KDM".

I followed a hunch into the Wiki: It looks like a variation of the Chicony 5150/5160.
Early generic LCD luggable. The slots latched it to the front of the case for transporting. And that's why the pattern is there - it was visible when closed and latched. Probably 286/386 vintage, most likely white Alps, but that's just a guess based on the others I've seen.
Ah!keyboard Kultist wrote: ↑09 Apr 2019, 17:32I got this for cheap on ebay. Flimsy build, I'd guess it's mostly plastic, but the switches are so obnoxiously clicky it's sort of hilarious. I've looked around a little but couldn't find anything on it.

Thanks so much!keyboard Kultist wrote: ↑09 Apr 2019, 18:35Will do, it might be a few days though. That particular seller seems to have some interesting stuff.
I bought one of those brand new for the Alps-mount, Tai Hao doubleshot keycaps. Mine had exponentially-stiff "linears" that were just horrid on every level. They were like Cherry MYs but without the solidness. They are extremely rattly.keyboard Kultist wrote: ↑09 Apr 2019, 17:32I got this for cheap on ebay. It was easily the worst switch I've ever tried. It honestly made an average office keyboard seem super premium in comparison. Not sure about the clicky version though.keyboard Kultist wrote: ↑09 Apr 2019, 22:47Wazrach wrote: ↑09 Apr 2019, 21:04I bought one of those brand new for the Alps-mount, Tai Hao doubleshot keycaps. The clicky version seems ok, in a bad movie sort of way. Of course I won't know till I use it for an extended period.

Yes, that seller has had some very neato beans things in their storage. I ended up getting a nice SMK board from them.
Those things look like Fisher Price tried to copy Alps switches.keyboard Kultist wrote: ↑11 Apr 2019, 00:06Here's some pictures of the orange switch keyboard. Sorry if this posts twice, some wacky thing happened.
