That's basically why I volunteered. I figured someone had to do it if I was ever going to get my keycaps.
How it's done? Well, first I read all of Paypals regulations and to satisfy myself that I could take up to $20,000.00 in payments before they filed anything with the IRS.
Then, I transferred all the money in my savings account to my checking account so I could track all the payments in my savings account. That way I didn't have to open a new account just for this.
Then I gave 7bit my Paypal email address and he started putting it into the invoices for the "pay to this address".
Then at least once a week, I take all of the payment information from my Paypal account and I copy it to Excel and pull out the invoice IDs and payment amounts and sent the report to an email address 7bit gave me for the reports.
When I've collected all that I can, I'll wire the money to Melissa at Signature Plastics.
That's pretty much the whole of it. I have the Excel spreadsheet set up to take the information I copy from Paypal and make the report in the right format automatically for the bot that I email it to.
Those reports that I've been posting are in close to the same format that I send to the bot. I change it a little for posting here, but that's the idea.
Oh, you might get some free keys for helping out. If, what or how many I don't know, but hey it's for the community.
If you can help out, let 7bit know. He's real good about answering any questions you have to get started and I'll be happy to help, too. My phone buzzes when I get a message, so I can usually respond pretty quickly.
