Dropped off all the US orders at the post office. Will crank out the remaining 19 non-European international orders throughout the week, these are a major pain in the ass to do over regular orders that can be printed through PayPal. Have to do them all by hand
Extras (thread for left overs at geekhack) will go a little at a time as well. Hoping to have everything done being shipped by Friday 9/14.

Mark me down for 4...though I would think we should ask sleabo if they are willing to split the order into two batches...one for the US and one in europe. Either dirge in the UK, 7bit, or myself in Germany could surely take care of distributing european orders...making this group buy worthwhile to europeans. Even at 2.20$ per cap...shipping from the US would most likely raise the price above the 5 GBP price that QWER charges directly.
