You can just send anything that's not a valid order code to the bot.
This will cause him to send you an up-to-date mail with your order status.

The bot responses to any pm with a message that contains you current invoice. You will see there is itames are PACKED or SHIPPED and how much you paid.

7bit, I yesterday placed order and paid immediately amount due as per instructions in the "invoice" (yes, no fluff in text), and it still stand as "uncollected"/"missed" (whatever I should translate it). Can you please check what's up with it? Sorry for causing trouble...

Sorry to be a bother, but I just noticed the following discrepancy:
The list in the first posts says under "PCB mount (with pins) - Black case"
MXGREEN/NW|in stock| 0.65|EUR|MX1A-F1NN
The list I got from the bot says
MXGREEN/NW|preorder| 0.65|EUR|MX1A-F1NW(12/2013)
Could you tell me which one of these is correct (or if I misunderstood something)?
I wanted to get the greens soon, as I need them as samples, so if the ones with pins are not in stock, I'll need to change my order to the ones without pins.
