I can't find a mechanical keyboard with cherry blue switches with multicolor and a row of macro keys. Please send links if you know some.

Multicolor is not the same as RGB. Multicolor means the keyboard has static colors per row, but difference colors per row, and you can't change the colors. I think they are simply tricking people into buying the wrong thing.

"row of macro keys" I assume you want a gaming keyboard? Is that what you are looking for?
