My Omnikey's spacebar stem unfortunately broke off inside the switch, so I'd like to replace it. Looking for a 7u ABS Alps mount spacebar with Alps stab mounting as well, preferably not too yellowed.
Alternatively, if someone can recommend a cheap keyboard model that I could buy on eBay and harvest caps from, that would be great too. It seems like a Dell AT101 would work but I'm not sure. Also I know Matias sells replacement spacebars but they have cherry/mx stab mounts.
Thank you!

I can print some of these for you, they allow you to use a spacebar with Cherry stabilizer mounts.

Hi all,
So I eventually went and bought two spacebars from pimpmykeyboard.com, trouble was their stock availaibility, so out of those on offer, I bought specifically:
https://pimpmykeyboard.com/dcs-alps-mou ... pack-of-1/
DCS BLUE (BGA) 7 space
https://pimpmykeyboard.com/dsa-alps-mou ... pack-of-1/
DSA GREY (GY) 7 unit
No color match, but I eventually decided to keep the blue one as it fits the shape of key row.
Both spacebars are nice and straight, reasoanbly thick, and have nice texture to them.
Later, Matias themselves kindly quoted me (via email) to sell just their 7u white space bar out of their keycap set for 5 dollars pls shipping, maybe I will pick this offer up....

On my Alps-switch boards, I like to use blank black spacebars and modifiers from Matias and lettered alphas from vintage Alps boards. Thus far, Matias has allowed me to purchase partial sets from them. I prefer them to Signature Plastics, because the profile is usually a better match.

The other problem with Matias spacebars though, is that they don't have the traditional vertical stabilization posts that Alps spacebars do, so there's a horrible side-to-side wobble when using their spacebars.

Yes, I have noticed some wobble with Matias spacebars on some keyboards, but most of the time I find it unnoticeable. This might be because I usually hit the spacebar near the middle with either the left or right thumb.

PMK has gray ones in stock if you'd like to go that route.
