The ADDS PC+ is an OEM dummy terminal keyboard by NMB.
OEM
This ADDS PC+ was manufactured for ADDS by NMB. The only ADDS branding that is found on the keyboard can be found on the model sticker. This keyboard speaks AT over a RJ11 connector.

Keycaps
The keycaps are made of PBT and the legends are dye sublimated. The keys are sculpted, i.e. each row has its own profile. For more information see Hi-Tek Series 725. The keyboard uses a 6p4c connector RJ11 connector where the keyboard transmits the AT protocol over the default cable.
Layout
The ADDS PC+ has a modified ANSI 101 layout where there is no blocker between the the crtl and alt keys in the bottom row.
