Cherry M10 is a switch or a family of switches manufactured by Cherry. Cherry M11 has been described by Cherry staff in Germany as resembling the M10, but no official information remains at Cherry about this switch, nor has it knowingly been discovered in any keyboards. Considering that the M11 has the same lateral contact mechanism as the M8 and M9, one would imagine that the M10 likewise has similar internals, but there is no guarantee of this.
