A functionrowless or FRL keyboard is a keyboard without a function row.
It is not a form factor on its own, but a moniker combined with a form factor designation that otherwise would have a function row. For instance "FRL Tenkeyless", "FRL 1800 layout" or "FRL Fullsize".
