Logi Bolt

Logitech's Logi Bolt is proprietary wireless peripheral protocol on the 2.4 GHz band, introduced in 2021.
It requires a special Bolt receiver in a USB-A port on the host. Like the previous Unifying, one receiver can pair up to six Bolt devices. Logitech claims that Bolt has better security and less connection problems in face of congestion in the 2.4 GHz band compared to Unifying and Bluetooth.
Bolt is built as a proprietary protocol on top of Bluetooth Low Energy. Bolt devices also support pairing with normal Bluetooth Low Energy receivers but the Bolt receiver does not pair with non-Bolt devices. Some devices are sold with a pre-paired receiver, others without any receiver in the box.
