The name Mighty Mouse can refer to:

NTT Mighty Mouse (1985)
Called the first mouse with built-in scrolling, but it was never sold commercially and its horizontal wheel is not a scroll wheel. Instead, an analogue thumb-button is used: short press for flipping pages, and long press for continuous scrolling. The same button was also slid for toggling direction.[1]
Man & Machine Mighty Mouse (2004)
A water and chemical-resistant mouse made by Man & Machine.[2]
Apple A1152 Apple Mighty Mouse (2005), and Apple A1197 Wireless Mighty Mouse (2006)
Apple's first mice with right-click and first commercial mice with scrolling were branded Mighty Mouse on release. After Man & Machine had sued them for trademark infringement[3] Apple discontinued the wireless version and renamed the wired version as "Apple Mouse".
Unicomp Mighty Mouse
Unicomp's branding for IBM Model M4 and M4-1 keyboards with TrackPoint.
