The keyboard was produced by NCD for use with their 88k X windows terminal introduced in 1988. The keyboard is no longer in production.

OEM
The NCD N-1108 plus was manufactured for NCD by Hi-Tek Corporation.
Switches
The NCD N-108 plus keyboard uses linear, two eye, white Hi-Tek Series 725 switches for all keys.
Keycaps
The keycaps are made of PBT and the legends are dye sublimated . The keys are sculpted, i.e. each row has its own profile. For more information see Hi-Tek Series 725.
Layout
The layout consists of 108 keys and is identical to the DEC LK201 layout.
