Omron B3KL is a mechanical low-profile scissor switch from Omron.
It supports backlighting from surface-mounted LED, using a Fresnel lens to disperse light. [1]

Availability
The clicky variant is used for the keyboard in the Gigabyte Aorus 17 gaming notebook.[2]
As of June 2019, it was announced to be in the upcoming Cooler Master SK851 (full-size), and marketed as a "Gaming Switch" [3]
