Omron are a major manufacturer of microswitches used in pointing devices.
The most popular microswitch series made by Omron is D2FS:

Every microswitch in this series has a 0.85N actuation force.

After Logitech noticed the problem with D2FC-F-7N (double-clicking) the company introduced the -S series. Omron D2FC-F-7N(20M), rated for 20 milion keypresses, is the highest currently produced by Omron and is recommended for switch replacements.
