The direct matrix version has been confirmed to have a plate and PCB with positions for 22 keys, and the lower case is marked "MCK22"; this implies that the MCK-18 and MCK-22 shared parts. There is no other internal markings indicative of manufacturer or model, and it has no controller chip.
