Perkin-Elmer 55000-0147 is a keyboard designed for the Perkin-Elmer Infrared Data Station. The 55000-0147 is externally almost identical to the Perkin-Elmer 3700 keyboard, but as it has Hi-Tek High Profile ("waffle frame") switches, it is presumably an older model.
