This is the keyboard supplied with the Philips PM 3655 Logic Analyzer, a luggable computer with a form factor akin to the IBM 5155 with the keyboard acting as the front lid of the box. It was an XT-level computer capable of running MS-DOS[2].
According to the PCB it is a variant of the Focus FK-767[3].
Three variants have been spotted, with Alps SKCM Blue[4], Alps SKCM White and Omron B3G-S series (cyan)[3].
