Philips cranked wire is an informal designation for a keyboard switch from Philips, the term being taken from the patent description of "Low-height keyboard pushbutton - has cranked wire contact spring with sides connected to pushbutton shaft and to housing".
It is notable for a patent that shows the same keycap type as found in the Loewe TBT 02, and the switch design is clearly related; thus, those switches appear to be made by Philips. Here, however, instead of a torsion spring like with Stackpole torsion spring, there is only a perimeter wire (more like those in RAFI full-travel key switches) and it appears to be designed to accept a centre LED. The switch still appears to have a circular keystem containing a fully-enclosed helical return spring.
