I saw a laptop today with these switches (I can confirm that they click faintly). It was an unbranded Nan Tan, with an FCC ID of something like "FMA300".
Chances are it was an FMA3300:

The FMA3500 (also registered with the FCC in 1991) appears to have the same type of keyboard:

(Interesting that both results are from Germany. An eBay auction for the Lion FMA3300 confirms the "NoteBook Computer" as the only "branding" on the base, and that is also in Germany.)
This is also how I was able to observe the curious telescoping effect with the two slider parts. The keyboard didn't seem to feel particularly special, but for some reason I prised off a keycap to investigate the switch.
