Unikey Electronics Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Chicony.[1]
Unikey used to be an alternative marque for NTC keyboards, using NTC's FCC grantee code. However, with NTC bought out by Clevo, there have been several keyboards registered directly to Unikey with the FCC; in the case of the Unikey KWD-601, it appears that the mechanical keyboard manufacturing assets of NTC may have transferred to Unikey when Clevo bought out NTC, as the keyboard uses a Chicony controller chip but is otherwise virtually identical to the NTC product it seems to have superseded. The Unikey marque was also used for keyboards with Chicony FCC IDs.
