Editing IBM P70/P75 keyboard

You might have rolled back the wrong revision of that page, if you intended to undo my edit and not Matt's. As a result there's one less variant listed now.

BTW, my initial edit was indeed somewhat stupid because I didn't notice the preceding text was referring to the link with the instructions. My bad. I hope the article is acceptable now :o)

The edit relating to Sandy's site, well, Seebart's formatting of it is horrible and out of character for the wiki house style (and illogical, as it's a clause ending with a dangling colon). As for the extra variant, I was going to restore it before realising that it was an unreferenced claim, and that's bad. I can't find where Mattr567 even got that information from so I can't even put in the reference myself. I see that rzwv has a keyboard of that variant but I can't get his site to load on this PC (something DNS related) so I will have to investigate later; I can then restore the variant with a proper reference (I need to check his page to make sure it is indeed ANSI and to get his date code). Oh boy, I hope we "survive" that one...as long it's not blown out of this galaxy...jeez.
"Seebart's formatting of it is horrible and out of character for the wiki house style (and illogical, ::as it's a clause ending with a dangling colon)."
God shame on me... :Ü but honestly since I'm not alone here "dangling colon's" won't kill us. Give Mattr567 some time to add his data before going overboard on more unreferenced claim's !! Both you and Tactia are going completetly nuts with pungent instant correction that overlooks the actual idea of the author, THAT IS BAD.
It was you who removed Mattr567's edit, not me; I simply didn't undo the change (I was going to restore it, until I realised that it was not referenced, and I couldn't find a reference to add along with it). I generally mark unreferenced claims with "citation needed", allowing the claim to remain while notifying the reader that the claim could be erroneous as we have no way to verify it. Observation shows that people do not return and add a reference or photos, however, as I find these claims months or years after they were made. Feel free to identify an instance where I did make an unwarranted correction. Daniel Beardsmore (talk) 13:56, 8 January 2018 (CET)
I know, I will not undo the Undo revision either since you are right on this one and I did PM Mattr567 just so he knows what's going on.
Your previous comments;

however is a new low in outlandish brazenness even for you which shall not keep me from posting many many more wiki entries with many more errors and many "dangling colons" which is a brillianty stuffy quibble. Also I would like a link to the "wiki house style" please!
@Seebart
Relax. We aren't out to get you, we're all on the same boat here. Yes, lastly all *I* do is edit others' pages to fix silly typos here and there. We all commit mistakes, myself included. There's no reason to get this out of proportion, we're just editing a wiki here. But a wiki, by definition, is meant to be used in a collaborative fashion, which means anyone can edit what you write, anytime. Nobody edits the wiki to step onto anyone's toes.
BTW, a talk page like this one works just like any other page, the syntax is the same. Though when you add a reply it is customary to add a colon in front of your reply (with extra colons adding to the left border) so the order of the thread makes sense. It's also customary to sign your posts (see the toolbar), and avoid quoting. Yes, it's a pain... That's one of the reasons Daniel suggested using the forum to discuss the wiki not long ago.--Tactica (talk) 15:38, 8 January 2018 (CET)

Notice

You have crossed a line now with your latest comment in my talk page. You keep ignoring what a wiki is all about, blaming me for correcting others' mistakes for the last time, and still thinking that every page one writes is his and his alone. I won't take this no more, next time I'm blocking you. --Tactica (talk) 10:16, 18 January 2018 (CET)
