Upgrade request

Can we have MediaWiki upgraded and InstantCommons enabled, please? Things like File:Question_book-new.svg would be attributed properly, etc. without having to do anything on our side and we could "reuse" pictures and other materials from Commons in a straightforward manner. --Tactica (talk) 20:47, 22 November 2017 (CET)
