So I don't lose it of course.rindorbrot wrote:Why is the armrest of your chair upside-down?
If you don't use it, why not just take it off completely?

Everything you take off turns into trash instantly and it will be in your way all the time until you forget what it was then throw it away the day before you get a new chair and decide to give away the old chair, now without armrests...rindorbrot wrote:Why is the armrest of your chair upside-down?

So the desk is clean, but why do you have a cup standing on the floor? do you eat of the floor to avoid breadcrumbs in the KB?Viz wrote:I'll hurt my ego abit, and post the messy version!

It's a pool ball. Snooker balls are single colored. That's actually a rather common mod. Ripster was one of the people popularising it. Well, that and he bought clear acrylic balls to mount in there, and called it his "glowing balls".gmjhowe wrote:Have you replaced the trackball in your CST with a snooker ball?rindorbrot wrote:My desk at work.Spoiler:

Nice, yeah, doing a bit of googling for 'pool ball' brings up lots of examples.RC-1140 wrote:It's a pool ball. Snooker balls are single colored. That's actually a rather common mod. Thats a pretty nice simple mod. Plus it looks like the CST is a fairly nice trackball.

A little case made out of Lego that holds two MX Greens as buttons 4 and 5 for the trackballIcarium wrote: What's that between the trackball and the keyboard?

I didn't copy it from somewhere at least but I think I saw that somewhere else, too. So I just took a litte inspiration maybe
I was thinking how I could mount the MX Greens the best/easiest way to the trackball and wanted to build some case from wood. But I am to stupid to do such little woodwork so I just cut out a piece of PCB from a donor board and built this Lego case around it.

OMG you have the same catastrophic IP phone. The menu and the structure and also the display with the buttons are the worst thing I ever used on any electronic device. Working with it, is so painfull, I want to kill the developer everyday.

Tenovis (the company that Avaya acquired many years ago) made good phones. The Avaya ones are terrible.dirge wrote:Fucking Avya... nice quality handsets but your right the software's a joke.
