I don't think SPH/FUNCTION has that key — it looks to me from the wiki that only the ‘regular’ PC sets have PRINT / SCROLL LOCK / PAUSE. The DUMMY kit first was a joke, beucase a lot of people 'orderd' it when they wanted to check the status of their order.
One kit is 1/10000-share of leftover keys, ie. keyus from incomplete sets or keys which had been done wrong, etc.
