Don't know if there are any prominent brands that make fingerless gloves, I have a few that I got at an army surplus sale, if you just want something that warms your hands a pair of army ones are probably your best bet.
If you want something more fashionable you could stick your head into the world of 'alternative'(got, emo etc.) clothing, there should be fingerless gloves and arm warmers aplenty there in all shapes, sizes and colours. You can find some at more mainstream sources as well, but they're not as easy to come by.

It's too cold in Canada for those so the only ones I have are road biking gloves
(Actually I need a new pair, current ones have a few too many holes and stretch marks...)
You can also get full fingered gloves that work with touch screens.

you could grab some cheapo off-the-shelf gloves, cut the fingers off and melt the now open ends with a lighter.
not the most elegant solution but works
also if you really have a problem with cold hands gloves are a very limited solution - you'd rather want a hand warmer (or a overheating laptop like mine, huehuehue).
