[Trade] category in the Marketplace

I'm wondering, would it be possible to have a "[Trade]" category in the Marketplace forum?
There are some trades, not very frequent, but still.

How do categories work anyway? Do you pick one from a menu when you start a new thread or is it just a matter of using a [keyword] in the title?
