7bit, I know you are busy but can you please reply me? How much longer does shipping to Korea take? D:

Don't know. 2-3 weeks maybe. I'm waiting for a snail mail package from Northern Ireland, which takes now more than one week.

Here is what I use for overseas shipping:

Oh, I forgot to mention: late November or early December. Same for reds.

I got the message yesterday. I'm also waiting for the switches from the GH60 order (blacks and dark greys).

Ouch, that's a long wait. I guess I'll just reuse the switches I have, in the meantime, then :(

@7bit can you please check #0389 - I have not received my 10xReds + 10xClears yet and it's been a while now... have you sent them? Could you please double check?

Marked as shipped since 2013-09-21 12:40. That was last Saturday, I'm quite sure you have them within the next few days.

@7bit Did you already send #0415 ? When do you plan to send it? Thanks :)

Ordered and paid in July when thread title said "2 days left to preorder" and ETA was September.

Now it's "preorder till end of September" and ETA late November early December.

You should mention that you only ordered 16 switches in total ....

Nevertheless, I try to ship these mini orders from leftovers and my own collection ...

I ordered 5 whole switches this time (all reds) so that makes me top priority, right? <tumbleweed… Nov/December… hopefully I didn't just delay my SPH leftovers>

Yes you're right it is a small and insignificant order. But why would I need to mention that? I wasn't aware that a small order is less entitled to a timely fulfilment.

That would be appreciated, thank you. Because otherwise 4-5 months is a rather long wait.

it's me or the new harvest of members is pretty aggressive and stubborn ?

I've inquired after my order twice in three months. This second time only because the ETA all of a sudden got extended by 2-3 more months. Upon which I am told that I need to declare my order is small and therefore less important? Still, I don't have a huge problem with that and have kept it civil.

Your meaningless brown nosing however, I did find annoying. I can't see where stubbornness comes into any of this though, maybe try wiping off your nose before hitting submit.

You're not the only one I'm talking about, don't take it personally.

bobjane

26 Sep 2013, 17:45

In that case, I apologize.

Still, some buyers have been waiting for a long time. I don't think it helps to add commentary to the wait.

It's a complex system. No one seems to understand it at first until explained (way too much history to read through on the thread) and even 7bit doesn't know for sure when things will arrive. I'm happy with the switches I've bought, and know to be patient, but this GB is practically a psych experiment in hidden information and obscure rules. Maybe there's someone behind the mirror taking notes.

The GB exercise requires a lot of patience and sometimes there is a gremlin in the machinery but 7Bit always fix it (putting it in a mixer or a microwave ;) )

Just read the first page and maybe the last two pages. Anything else does not matter.
The only bad thing is that Cherry
- raised the prices
- raised their MOQ
- delivery times are longer because of too many mainstream people buy mainstream-mechanical keyboards.

If they would buy Phantoms, GH60s or Hypers (soon!), I would get the switches much faster (only customer) and much cheaper!

Higher MOQ? You're going to need a bigger warehouse/apartment.

Is there a mainstream keyboard anywhere these days that uses MXLOCK?

User avatar
7bit

26 Sep 2013, 20:14

I can't order 4000 MXLOCKs when I get only around 100 orders. If I could just order one 800x box, I'd do it, but 4000 is not possible for me.

The tragic thing is that I used to throw these into larger orders as free give-away.
