Edit: I've found some differences actually - according to clickkeyboards.com the 1370475 is the only one with two part keycaps. Other than that I'm struggling a bit...

Good point. I'd prefer two-piece caps (because I have spares).

The older ones have one piece caps. The Lexmarks in the second link look like relabeled old stock.

Yes, the Terminal one from 1991 I got (1392980) also has one-piece caps.
