Damn SP has moved up in the world today. In fact Filco now becomes the number one CherryMX keyboard in which you don't need to buy any more key-caps for.Game Theory wrote:I am sure they are made by SP but is this a Shift?

Well… First a compromised compact keyboard, then a bluetooth version, and now spherical doubleshots that won't fit on it... but I'm sure there's more to come, so still nice work Filco!
What's everyone else done the last six months?

Apparently the Minila is selling pretty well. I don't like it either, but if Filco puts the same capabilities into the Majestouch 3 TKL, now we're talking. Definitely progress. We're just seeing it piece by piece.

Probably because they were a bit loose like some SP caps are on those stabilizers.vardhana wrote: FILCO says stabilizer clips are glued

They went on to release the Minila Air. If the wired Minila was a disaster, Filco could have put the Bluetooth bits into a new Majestouch instead (like they already did with the weird Japan-only edition). So they're betting pretty big with the Minila. And its price is pretty good for a Filco too. I'd be surprised if it wasn't doing quite well.matt3o wrote:reference requiredMuirium wrote:Apparently the Minila is selling pretty well.

this is pretty clever actually. it is done so you don't have to make a mold for the 2.75u stems but you reuse the mold of another you already have (2u presumably).vardhana wrote:Funny 2.75x key (R-Shift)
Let's hope in a Minila 2 then.Muirium wrote:They went on to release the Minila Air. Those keycaps look very similar to these...
Likely they found some molds methinks.
