I have received emails that instruct me to send payment to two different email addresses. Which email should I send payment to?

I can only see one e-mail address in you last invoice.
Please pay to jefferai, because megnin can't take any more money.
And while we are at it: I need a 3rd one to collect PayPal money!

Can't see the photobucket, but the techkeys site lists only DCS key caps and says error about them, so I expect center-stemmed, stepped CapsLocks are not right!

I got the price quote today.
I've changed some prices (some went up and some went down). The main problem are kits which do not meet the 25 orders per key cap.
I've got to wait for the tooling costs which I will get on Monday to know if I can lower the prices a bit or not.
One good thing: If this would have been the order, the deficite would be only ~$10,000 with a lot of leftover keys to be sold afterwards. With 200 users, it is only a $50 deficite per user.

I think i support this group buy by ordering a lot (more than 1 000 keycaps). I will do my best to keep supporting it. Like you i really want to see every language represented in this group buy. If this means that i have to buy an extra set for 50 USD, i will try to do it.
And i would love to see more european-friendly group buy like this in the future.
The uncool was only about the "scratching every language kits" because French Azerty cannot be integrated in Inter kit.

A white PBT SA set, by any chance? I'd better make sure my Round 5 order covers all my crazy bases, so I can match it with your alphas.

I was one of the few guys in favour of an all row 3 red alpha set in this GB. I would gladly take an all row 3 SA white PBT alpha set, since I've got all the mods to go with them already. I'm fairly sure SP has the single mold needed to make all that! But the dye sub equipment is still an issue, right?

The prices I give on each kit are about what I got in the per keysize/color price quote with fixed costs like shipping and tooling added.
Things are not really bad. An FR kit is listed at $21 with only 9 orders. My automatic price calculation tells me $17.68 for it.
HONEY/BEPOALPHA is listed at $45 with only 4 orders, while in fact it would be $35.25 .
If there where no new tools (new legends and new row 1 2 units molding form) and no shipping and no import tax, an FR kit would cost $11.07 and a BEPO $22.59 . These are the raw key cap costs.
Long talk short: As long as the fixed costs are covered, some kits could have much lower prices while still contributing to pay for the fixed costs.
Here some calculation:
25x FR costs 11.07*25=$276.75 (25 is the qty to get those prices)
$276.75/9=$30.75 but I only take $21, so it would require 13 orders (4 more) to cover the production costs of all 25 FR kits.
25x BEPO costs $22.59*25=$564.75, so it would require 12.5 BEPO orders (8.5 more) to cover the costs.
I really don't want to take away all those little kits or push up their prices, so it would be great if some people order a little more to reduce the pain these low quatities cause.
Maybe, I could give a volume rebate, like:
HONEY/FR2 for $36
HONEY/FR3 for $49
HONEY/FR4 for $59
HONEY/BEPO2 for $79
HONEY/BEPO3 for $99
HONEY/BEPO4 for $109
ps: Thanks to the 9 HONEY/IT orders, there is no problem for Italian layout (one order mossing, but it shares some keys with the other kits, so no trouble). Same for DK and NO as they share quite a lot with SE and DE, which again are very similar and come to 20 orders in total.

PBT looks cheap!*
PBT looks dirty!**
*) Because the legends are fuzzy!
**) Because they keep their roughness, they collect dirt, contrary to self-cleaning ABS double shots!
I will get through the list of these and let you know my thoughts and ideas about them ...

Except for BEPO and FR. language kits are no trouble.Incognito wrote:Great so language-wise we are all set - or most likely will be - as I interpret your post.
What about FUNCTION then - that was in a spot of trouble as well ... ?
