The coolest thing to do is combine both. That is material for a few head explosions right there.

These are real btw. Apparently Cherry made them for Taiwanese OEMs which were too poor to re-tool their keycap machines when ALPS switches died out.

I have no clue. Even the KBC guys have no further info besides that story and the pics. I believe the entire batch was for sale on taobao once, but the guy keeping the KBC "wiki" or rather "info thread" did not manage to get one to disassemble.

Edit: Works! Made a BBCode tag that turns words into wiki links, can safe some typing/looking up stuff when we refer to the wiki in normal forum posts.

Believe me, it stops being interesting once you get to work on the first fatgirls or gay sex website. Worst part is, I mostly do translations/proof reading and organization, so I have to read quite some nasty stuff.
