Because some new users have asked:

You can order until the deadline and pay within 7 days. I will not clear out an order which had been sent in shortly before the deadline, because the banks are too slow. What I will clear out are all orders which are unpaid since at least 10 days, after contacting them via pm.

Be aware that to the German Zoll you must tell the truth, because it is illegal to carry Schwarzgeld to Switzerland, but fully legal to bring key caps!
:?
Well to be honest, finding someone close to the border to send the key caps to and then carrying them across is a little too much hassle to me. :?

Or let's just say I'd rather just know if there's the possibility of me not having to pay all that crap with normal shipping...
I just need to know what the declared value on the package would be and whether you're going to declare the package as a gift.

How about the gift of a daytrip to beautiful Berlin, where you could pick them up in person? I'm sure 7bit likes guests. He has some old keyboards to sell you, too.

Does anyone know if we are still accepting Paypal payments? I still have money to pay, but the invoice only gives Google Wallet instructions. I would rather not setup yet another payment account...

Plus...I want to order more!

Yes, there atill some of the PAYPAL kits left.
:o

To order a PAYPAL kit you need to send this to 7bot:

I would be keen to get a red 'Transmit' key too.

I understand that there is a minimum $ amount that you should send via paypal (like $15 or something)?
I would like to add tracked shipping to my order but feel that I should then add stuff to my order to push it over that threshold.

No way, Jose!
:-)

When I invented those DUMMY kits I had no idea how much work they would cause.

However, there will be some overrun* ordered which I will put into kits after the deadline.

*) That overrun will not be from grab bags!

What, there's going to be more later? I already had to plan on building a second keyboard to handle all the caps from the first go-round.

Signed up on DT to be a part of this. :)

My messages to 7bot are stuck in "Outbox" instead of "Sent Messages", so I'm assuming either the bot is down or a user with no posts isn't allowed to send PMs. Posting this just in case!

Eveodi, 7bot reads messages via email so they will never move from Outbox to Sent Messages. You should still get a response via email in the next day or so.

There is no such restriction.

Even worse: 7bot can run a group buy with just 1 posts on his counter!

I try to send new key caps and if this fails you only get worthless money.

Hi all,

Does anybody know if the HONEY/STANDARD125/BLACK available? I couldn't find it in Wiki :(

It's not much time left, so, I've got to hurry up ;)

Thank you!

No, it isn't. The closest thing is a HONEY/STANDARD/BLACK.

And that's a great kit, with spare mods for trades with others later, too.

Sounds like you're the loser when people don't insure their orders, 7bit. Might as well just force it on everyone over some value, for their own good. I see you kind of did already, as I already have it included at no extra charge; but that's because my order's big and you really don't want to have to send it twice!

User avatar

No, I will send it to you insured, because it is cheaper than sending in up to 1kg packages.

If I wasn't in the EU, I'd be hunting down several used keyboards to smuggle those guys on right about now…

JBert

05 Mar 2014, 11:23

I think there wouldn't be enough 122-key keyboards around to smuggle them all, unless we start reusing them between group buys.

So people with large orders, such as

Code: Select all

==============================================================
Your order will be shipped uninsured, without tracking,
in 5 packs, at a weight of 3941g.
==============================================================
shouldn't buy the insurance?
