I had only seen one before, a Cherry keyboard. I think its pretty uncommon, but maybe commonf or AEK2. I was more surprised to find a Japanese layout NIB in Germany

I have a cherry board with ANSI US and japanese katakana keys layout.
It's not really a japanese layout... I don't know what they actually use/make it for.
