This is not the good size for model m... I received mine and try it on the industrial shell and it doesn't fit...

The address in the example is a German address. 91275 is the ZIP code, 1 is the streen number. For an US-American address you would put something like

And don't use empty lines in your address.

The address should be written to be understandable for your local post service, in your native language, but the country is only used by the postal service from where the package is send so it should be in German.
In reality, it's OK if the country name is in English.
