ΜΤΡΟΝ!
I like your keyboard; what do you use the reader for? I have two suggestions: windows login and internet purchases. For windows login, it would be fast and nice and all, but it'd be a pain to carry the card on me all the time. For internet purchases, I'm thinking of a program which reads the credit card number etc from the card and automatically inputs the information in the appropriate fields in the browser. That would be fucking cool!

Should be rather easy to code something like that, APIs for those readers are pretty well documented nowadays. Then again, maybe not... I once tried to help a friend write a program that would open his cash-drawer on execution and it was a pain in the ass, despite good documentation.Minskleip wrote:ΜΤΡΟΝ!

Probably not very well, because many such input fields are designed in such a way they are not easy to target with bots or to get remembered by stuff like autocompleting form fields.
